Services Information Service Description Type Job Posting Administration Support in postings is provided by AustraliaTeachers.com's professional client support team. Exceptional members have the option to either email jobs to jobs@australiateachers.com or schedule our support agents to visit the school’s home web pages and copy the postings into AT's database. This service ensures job postings are available in both locations (three if the cross-posting option is selected) in a timely manner without diverting any HR resources within the school. Note Taking & Sharing Document notes and/or additional information regarding an applicant (this activity is dependent on the level of permission granted - only approved users have the ability to add information through your Employer Center); individuals with the view/read only permission have the ability to view and share notes. High Quality Applicant Filter Create a five (5) question pre-screening filter. The pre-screening questionnaire appears when a job seeker clicks on a job posting. The responses to the questionnaire must meet the school’s pre-set criteria set to view the entire posting. This feature reduces the number of non-preferred applicants applying to the school’s job postings. Resume Bot Create up to 10 bots to deliver the resumes and credentials of new registered job seekers. The delivery of bots is determined by the school. Bot delivery is available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Resume Matching Select “Automatic Database Resume Search” when posting a vacancy and AT’s system will search resumes based on the details of the job. Customized Online Application Form Working with AT's professional developers, Advanced members can create and save their own customized on-line application forms via an online form application. Subsequently, the forms are attached to the applicable posted job vacancies. Enhanced Statistics & Reporting With this system, you will be able to search, request and download a variety of new statistics related to activity on your AT account.
