Services Information Service Description Type Credential Benchmarking Rate the questions that registered job seekers fill out in their AT e-portfolio. The average of your rates will become your benchmark. When viewing an applicant you can quickly click on a comparative link and see if the candidate matches your benchmark. Customized Pre-Screening Interview Forms AT's development team will work with you to create a customized online pre-screening form that can be attached to a specific or all of your school's job postings. This form will be a requirement for applicants to fill out before submitting their credentials to your job vacancy. Applicant Tracking Track applicants you have identified as potential candidates through the recruitment and hiring process. Whether an individual is in our database or applies directly from one of your jobs, input the candidate’s name and track them through your hiring process. This information will be stored and at the end of your recruitment season you will receive reports on your hires. Candidate Bookmarking This function allows subscribing employers to "bookmark" or add candidates to a favourite's list. Employers can search AT's resume database and bookmark candidates for consideration of other administrators who they have identified as users. Those administrators can then log on and review the candidates for either current or anticipated job opportunities. Direct Email Communication Via AT's Employer Inbox, subscribing members to this exceptional package will be able to directly communicate to individual or batches of candidates registered in AT's database. Job Posting Sharing Through RSS technologies, your information on Education America can automatically be posted on your school district’s website thus eliminating duplication of the job posting process. FREE Access to Educationjobfairs.com Exceptional members are able to participate in or host an online job fair via AT's partner Educationjobfairs.com. Access is unlimited as long as there are no limitations on the original host of a job fair event. Your own www.teachin”locale” URL As an additional tool, exceptional members get their own www.teachin locale URL, e.g. www.teachinsydney.com or www.teachinmelbourne.com. A member's AT pages will be forwarded to the URL. This will help attract visitors to the member's employment opportunities. In addition, the URL can be used by exceptional members in any classified print ads, which could a school's traditional advertising costs.
